Designtree offers architectural services as its core activity. This starts with making a report on the clients requirement with regard to the clients brief, site conditions and budgetary constraints. Preparation of an initial design (concept) will be followed to advise on the intended space provisions, planning, technical and functional characteristics of the design. Design Development stage is initialized after confirming the concept. This stage includes finalizing the architectural plan incorporating all services, developing the elevation design (3D), working drawings and necessary schedules for construction.
